OBJECTIVES

- To equip students with employability skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- To collaborate with leading companies to provide internship and placement opportunities for students.
- To guide students through the placement process, including resume writing, interview skills development, and pre-placement talks.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
- SETI Panhala will offer various training programs to enhance students' employability: Technical Skill Development: Workshops and training sessions aligned with the curriculum to strengthen students' technical knowledge and practical skills.
- Soft Skills Development: Training programs focusing on communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Aptitude Test Preparation: Guidance and support for students appearing for competitive exams and aptitude tests conducted by companies.
- Industry Interaction: Organizing guest lectures, industrial visits, and seminars by industry professionals to provide students with insights into the current job market and industry expectations.
PLACEMENT PROCESS
- Registration: All final-year students are encouraged to register for the placement process by submitting their resumes and expressing their career interests.
- Pre-placement Talks: Companies will be invited to conduct pre-placement talks to familiarize students with their profiles, work culture, and job opportunities.
- Resume Building and Mock Interviews: The Training and Placement Cell will assist students in crafting effective resumes and conduct mock interview sessions to prepare them for actual interviews.
- Placement Drives: SGI Panhala will organize on-campus placement drives to facilitate interaction between students and potential employers.
- Off-campus Placements: The Training and Placement Cell will share job openings and assist students in applying for off-campus opportunities.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in training programs and workshops offered by the institute.
- Maintain a good academic record.
- Develop strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare a well-crafted resume highlighting relevant skills and experiences.
- Attend pre-placement talks and company presentations.
- Actively participate in the placement process, including attending aptitude tests and interviews.

- The Training and Placement Cell will be the central point of contact for all placement-related activities. The cell will be responsible for:

- Coordinating on-campus placement drives.
- Disseminating job notifications and internship opportunities.
